Stock Manila/Color Folders: 1-3 Business Days 
Expansion Pockets 7-9 Business Days 
Pressboard/Classification Folders 2 Business Days

Orders are manufactured as ordered thus no stale products will ever be sold.

  

Transit Times: (Delivery Time Once Shipped)

Most Manila Folders, Expanding Pockets and Pressboard Items are shipped UPS ground. Please allow 3-5 Business days for delivery. 

Large folder orders are shipped via freight carrier. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery.

Please contact customer service at 760-454-5577 to receive "return authorization" and instructions before returning any stock items.


 

30 day no-hassle return for products ordered from our web store. If you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, notify us within 30 days of receipt of it and we will give you a full refund after the product is returned in good condition. Products must be returned to us within 30 days of your notification to us. We will always replace defective product at no cost to you. We cannot be responsible for what you order and therefore cannot be expected to pay for return shipping on items ordered incorrectly by you.
